Though we have been upcycling fabric offcuts for the past 3 years, it is still a delight to be invited by Greenpeace Indonesia to do an Make Smthng upcycling workshop for the public.
Terima kasih Greenpeace Indonesia telah mengajak kami berbagi pengalaman tentang upcycling dan slowfashion. Mari, jangan ragu menggunakan bahan bekas dan sisa untuk berkarya!
We were excited to collaborate with Greenpeace Indonesia by organising a beginner’s coaster upcycling workshop that encourages creativity, resourcefulness, inventiveness, community and sharing. Its purpose is to encourage us to reduce shopping for new things by sharing, caring, transforming and repairing what we own – while keeping it fun, beautiful and forward thinking.
We’ll gladly do an upcycling workshop!
Ms Minjeong Cha wrote, “I do love your business model that impacts people’s life. Hope for all the great things with your beautiful work, and wish my article could be a bridge that make you better known in Korea.”
Thank you, Ms Minjeong, for appreciating our effort to empower by upcycling.

Beautiful as wall #tapestry, thin and #soft enough as #tablecloth or #sofa #covering, even a #blanket! Though it seems like a lesser work, it is by far my favorite. Simply love the warm #autumn colors that subtly brightens up a room. #upcycle #sustainable #oneofakind #slowfashion #handmade #handcrafted #design #makefashioncircular #circularfashion #closetheloop #circulareconomy #アップサイクル #スラッシュキルト
We use banners in the construction of many of our bags. When used as inner linings, they add form and structure to our products. We also do not shy away from using banners on the bags’ exteriors, inventively mixing them with other fabrics and applying different techniques to vary texture.
